Colostrum is your "first milk," which is less in quantity when compared to transition and mature milk. This is usually enough for your baby. It is super concentrated and packed with nutrients, antibodies, etc. that your baby needs. Also, keep in mind that your newborn's tummy is very small; so it's less about quantity and more about quality. Your milk supply and baby's tummy will grow together. Frequent and efficient emptying of the breast will help you produce an adequate amount of milk. It's important to monitor your baby's p**p, p*e, and weight. This can be very reassuring letting you know that things are going great.
Mamma, you are enough. Please stop doubting yourself. Breastfeed your little one!
