That’s right — ONE. THOUSAND. DAYS. of putting SAFETY FIRST and taking care of not just our residents, but one another! This incredible achievement is a direct reflection of our team’s dedication, awareness, and commitment to creating a safe and caring environment every single day.

👏 Every employee played a part in reaching this milestone , from the nursing team to housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, therapy, and every department in between , your attention to detail, teamwork, and safety mindset made this possible!

We have been given the all clear and safe to return inside! All residents are back in their rooms safe and sound.

I want everyone to know how amazing this team is. Every single person jumped in and made sure our residents were safe and warm.

A huge thank you goes to our Fremont County Sheriff’s Department, Lander Police Department, Lander Rural Fire Department, Lander Volunteer Fire Department and EMS! They were so amazing and supportive!

Thank you to Push Root for letting us use their facility to stay warm. And to everyone that reached out to offer us with assistance and shelter! What a wonderful community we have. 🫶🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻

Our team members will be reaching out to every resident’s emergency contact to answer any questions you may have.

To our family and friends, we have the fire department here as there was smoke coming from the ceiling. We immediately evacuated. Everyone is safe and accounted for. I will keep posting as more information is available but I want to thank all of the amazing responders!

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Braedyn Mosbrucker, CNA 🌟

We’re excited to recognize Braedyn Mosbrucker, one of our amazing CNAs, who has been part of our Westward Heights family for almost a year! 💛

Braedyn is a Senior at Riverton High School, where she stays busy playing soccer and golf and is a proud member of the National Honor Society. When she’s not working or playing sports, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

After high school, Braedyn plans to attend the University of Wyoming to pursue a degree in Nursing, with future goals of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. 🩺✨

We’re so proud to have Braedyn as part of our team! Thank you for all that you do for our residents and your fellow team members , your hard work and positive attitude shine every day! 🌼👏

We are experiencing a mix of sadness and joy today as we celebrate the retirement of Ruth Prendergast, our office manager of 14 years. While we will miss her daily presence, we are excited to see her begin this new chapter in her life and enjoy every bit of retirement!! We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Ruth for her outstanding contributions to Westward Heights over the past 14 years and her impressive 35-year tenure in the long-term care industry.
We are also delighted to welcome Ruth to our board of directors, where her wealth of knowledge and experience will be invaluable assets.
