Oak Leaf Manor is a Premier Personal Care home located in Lancaster County, PA. We provide care that can grow with the needs of each of our residents. We offer five different levels of care and residents only pay for the care that they need. Care levels can decrease as a resident’s personal care needs decrease. Our staff encourages independence and strives to keep each of our residents functioning at their most independent level. Along with Premier Personal Care, Oak Leaf Manor is home to Friendship Place, a secure neighborhood inside Oak Leaf Manor that provides specialized care for individuals with memory impairment, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Lewy Body Disease, and other forms of dementia as well as memory impairment which occurs unexpectedly as a result of other health complications. Oak Leaf Manor’s philosophy advocates valuing the whole person and affirming each resident as an individual. The home-like, relaxed atmosphere promotes participation through spending time with our trained and experienced staff in smaller groups, where the emphasis is on support, positive redirection, and encouragement.

We are actively searching for a Hairdresser to replace our wonderful hairdresser after 24 years of service! She has earned a much needed break from the salon!

We have lots of ladies and gentlemen who look forward to getting their hair done and we want to make sure we find a suitable replacement to continue!
