Virginia lawmakers 🏛️ are considering a proposal to set a 20-hour per week default limit on ABA services and require a confirmed autism diagnosis before care can begin. In some parts of Virginia, families wait up to 18 months for an evaluation, delaying critical support.

Every child’s path is unique, and care decisions should be guided by families and clinicians who know them best.
