Magic Balm - great for everything from sensitive kiddos to mature skin to mama’s belly! I started making this for myself and my son as he’s prone to skin issues and I wanted something really nourishing for postpartum. The small amount of beeswax in the balm helps to form a protective barrier on the skin, which helps retain the highly soothing and moisturizing benefits of the oils and shea butter. Rich and intense, Jamaican black castor oil has an earthy, almost smoky scent. Other ingredients include rose buds, hibiscus flowers and rosehip oil. One jar gets me through the toughest seasons!

This month I’m sharing one of my favorite rituals that I use year round. This is a tool for manifesting the life you want. And it’s really simple.

First, I write out a list of my goals, as if they are already true. Then I keep this list with me and I read it outloud to myself several times a day. I align myself with how it feels to have my goals met and I expect the results, without focusing on how I’ll get them.

For example, here are some items that have made it on many of my lists -

Perfect elegant solutions are always arriving in my life.

I always have everything I need.

Everything is always working out for my highest and greatest good.

I live an easy, peaceful life.

You can get more specific but it’s important to remember to focus on the end result that you want, rather than the details of how you’ll get there.

Try this practice for a few weeks and see what changes you notice!

Starting this month I’ll be sharing distance reiki attunement videos. Receiving healing energy is a great way to start or end your day. It can be a helpful reset whenever you need one!

In reiki there is no time, space or separation. All possibilities exist at all times and all living beings are always connected. It makes sense then that the reiki distance symbol is the symbol for oneness. When I channel energy, it’s always for the highest healing and greatest good, trusting that each individual receives exactly what they need. I’m looking forward to sending you reiki, stay tuned!

Yes, I do reiki sessions for animals! Here’s Bruno leaning on me and Ash snuggled up on her front porch. Some of the most common reasons people contact me about reiki for their fur babies are behavior issues, communication, recovery from injury or illness and end of life care. Animals are very receptive to reiki and sometimes have important things to communicate.

It’s all about perspective - the way I see a situation has so much to do with how I experience it. When I’m able to maintain a connection with the perspective of everything working out for the highest and greatest good for all involved, I don’t feel the need to control the outcome. I can relax even in stressful circumstances. It’s like having a superpower - stress is a constant part of being alive, but it doesn’t have to run my life. I always get to choose how I see and interpret what’s happening.
