This testimony is all to familiar. One of the comments made by most of my clients is “ they love having me come massage because I’m that second or third set of eyes for them”. I see my clients on a schedule and there are times when I see things immediately of the horse I’m about to work on.

Sometimes I see that they’re not standing square or they look uncomfortable as soon as I look at them I notice they are at the back of their stall. They’re not engaging with me leading me to believe they don’t feel well and sometimes I can see that they are in pain somewhere by their reactivity. The behavior is subtle sometimes but after the massage, we usually have a discussion about something that should be checked or followed up on by the vet or the Farrier or Saddle fitter and or chiropractic work. .

More often than not there is something to address. Horses like people have bad days too . But when it’s prolonged behavior start taking notes ! This lady didn’t listen to her gut instinct and her horse was talking out loud.

Good evening my friends . Just want to share some things about BEMER. When you go through a reputable distributor and purchase A BEMER horse or human unit .

If anything happens to the unit any piece of it . Your distributor can help you navigate warranty items and out of Warreny items .

I have had a couple client’s who had out of Warranty Leg wraps go bad in the controllers. I reached out to BMEMER and had my clients do an email outlining the issue with each unit.

Once that was done and emailed to BEMER Support. A ticket number was generated they send you a shipping label at no cost to you to ship the item back once they receive it. They do diagnostic testing to see if it can be repaired or it needs to be replaced.

Once it’s determined what they can do for you, they then will email you an out of warranty payment link and you can replace the item under half the cost of a new one whichever you are replacing .

Two brand new leg wraps was just sent to replace two out of leg wraps for less than the price of just one of these . A pair is $3500 .
