Our Barbell Basics small-group training is designed to teach you how to lift the right way: with intention, safety, and strength.
This cycle focuses on your first two barbell lifts:
💪Flat bench press
💪Sumo & conventional deadlifts
Train with Coach Brittany, PA weightlifting record holder🏆 and learn proper setup, cues, and ex*****on in a focused 4-session progression.
