Bowenwork is a series of targeted moves that assist the body to heal and release pain. Gentle and effective. Bowen Therapy started in Australia in the 1950's by Thomas Ambrose Bowen. He could sense pain and with a few subtle moves, as he called them, assisted the body to reset itself and return to a more relaxed and wholesome state. I have been practicing this amazing technique since 2000 when I was the client and suffering from a FROZEN SHOULDER. I had tried many therapies to realize this problem. Finally, I tried Bowen and after only ONE treatment my arm improved 50%. For me this was such an improvement that I immediately learned the technique and have been helping people improve their quality of life ever since. My joy is seeing the smiles of the happy faces after their mobility is restored!

It folds so compact it could fit in the overhead bin, except that you can (and we recommend) use it on the plane. Yup, FAA approved. And it only weighs 8 pounds.
