Am I the only one that thought of Inner Child work when I saw this during the Super Bowl. Bad Bunny giving his younger self his Grammy. What do you think your younger self needs? Inner Child work is so incredibly healing and can help our adult selves from reacting as a wounded child. When we work together we do exactly what Bad Bunny did, you give your Inner Child exactly what they need to hear/believe
