James came to us ready for a change after struggling with his previous prosthesis. With the unique shape and length of his limb, his case wasn’t easy—but through teamwork, patience, and trust, James and Wayne dialed in a solution that truly works for him.

His new setup weighs nearly half of what he was using before—something that will make a huge difference in his day-to-day comfort and mobility. By utilizing a lightweight lamination and the Axion DP Silhouette foot from Ottobock, we eliminated the traditional metal pylon and replaced it with a carbon fiber strut—cutting down on components and keeping things as light and efficient as possible.

Last week Josh fit Molly with her new carbon fiber KAFO at our Nemours location in Florida.

Before bracing, Molly had significant difficulty walking. Once she was placed in a locked brace, the difference was immediately clear. Now she’s progressed to a brace that allows controlled knee motion, helping her continue to build strength and confidence as she moves through physical therapy.

Amazing progress so far — and this is just the beginning. 💪

Last Friday we hosted our first amputee support group at our Wall, NJ office—and it was a huge success. The energy, connection, and shared experiences made it incredibly special. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to make it even bigger and better moving forward.
