SPRING IS HERE! It’s the perfect time to slow down, explore, and play!
As the days get warmer, simple moments can turn into meaningful learning experiences. Whether it's a nature walk collecting treasures, drawing with sidewalk chalk, blowing bubbles in the breeze or creating colorful spring sensory bins, these activities support regulation, connection and creativity.

Spring is also a great time to keep routines steady while introducing new experiences at your child’s pace. Offering small choices and preparing for outings can make all the difference. Sometimes the best play are the simple ones

Let your child lead, follow their interests, and enjoy the beauty of the season together!

Sensory friendly activities for this spring:
-Nature walks: Listen to sounds and collect nature’s gifts (leaves, flowers, rocks, etc)
