Winter Solstice: An Evening of Poetry and Music with Judith Adams

Join Judith Adams and Healing Circles Langley for an evening of poetry and music to reach for the luminous within. A celebration of light on the darkest day of the year when the sun is at its lowest and most tender.

Stanley Kubrick says "However vast the darkness, we must supply our own light."

A little about the space

The Soundview Center is a space dedicated to helping support people who want to improve their well-being. In one space is a collection of distinct, independent, businesses and practitioners who are all dedicated to improving individual and community well-being. The Soundview Center hosts many classes and events all focused on creating community and improving individual and community well-being.

The Soundview Center is also home to Roots, a program of Healing Circles, Langley. Roots programs focus on 10 ‘roots’ of wellness - exploration/creativity, lifestyle/daily practices, social connectedness, stress/resilience, emotional/mental health, finances, purpose/meaning and environmental.
