Sometimes the best massage isn’t all soft music and gentle strokes. Sometimes it’s elbows in your tight shoulders, working out knots you didn’t even know were there.

Remember when “self-care” meant a spontaneous Target run and a face mask at 9pm?

Yeah… then life happened.

You grew up.
You built a career.
You had babies.
You started carrying everyone else’s needs on your back like it was your full-time job (because it basically is).
