Our office elves have landed for the season, and they’ve already made themselves right at home. To keep them fueled for their daily antics, we’ve set up a cozy Elf Refueling Station stocked with all the sweets and magic they need!

🧝‍♀️💫 Stop by each day to see what new silliness they’re up to — trust us, they’ve got BIG plans this year! If you should see one of our elves, take a picture and tag us!

Happy Halloween from the Green & Seidner Family.

Stay, Safe, check out these safety tips below.

For trick-or-treaters
• Be visible:
Wear bright, reflective clothing or add reflective tape to costumes and bags. Carry a flashlight to see and be seen.
• Walk safely:
Stick to sidewalks. If there are none, walk on the edge of the road facing traffic.
• Cross streets carefully:
Look both ways, cross only at intersections or crosswalks, and never cross between parked cars.
• Travel in groups:
Go with friends or a parent/guardian. Plan a route and set a curfew.
• Visit with caution:
Only go to houses with their porch lights on. Never go inside a stranger's house or accept rides from strangers.
• Inspect treats:
Wait until you get home to eat candy. Discard anything that is unwrapped, homemade, or from an unfamiliar brand.

EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT!!! Grace Otting, CRNP, joined Green and Seidner Family Practice Associates in October 2025. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh in 2017. Grace went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 from Thomas Jefferson University. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Nursing Honors Society in 2019. Grace is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Grace has nearly five years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, caring for patients of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and spending time with family. Grace grew up locally in Blue Bell and is currently living in North Wales
