'Gal Games' was hit at Meadowood! 🏆

Residents came together for an afternoon of fun, laughter, and friendly competition as they enjoyed games held throughout the community, including golf, bocce, shuffleboard, Nerf basketball, Wii bowling, tennis, balloon volleyball, and pong toss.

From the auditorium to the activities room, there was energy, excitement, and plenty of smiles all around.

Dawn, Meadowood’s horticulturist, recently spent time with residents in the McLean Memory Care greenhouse creating spring planters. Moments like these bring beauty, connection, and a special sense of joy to our community.

The Meadowood Art Gallery showcases artwork by local artists, with exhibits rotating each month.

March Artist of the Month: Kimberlee Nentwig, an award-winning Bucks County artist who specializes in her favorite medium, watercolor.

Kimberlee's art has appeared in the Meadowood Juried Art Show for the last 11 years and in 2022 she won first place!

Be sure to stop by the first floor of the Schultz Center, across from the elevator, to view the exhibit.

"Our team focuses on the overall well-being of the residents we serve by providing programs that support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical health. This month, we also took the time to celebrate our own well-being. To recognize Recreational Therapy Month, we gathered as a team for educational opportunities to expand our knowledge, enjoyed lunch together to recharge our batteries, and supported one another through program planning and facilitation. 🧵🪡 February’s featured artist was Meadowood resident Mary Lindner, whose intricate and colorful quilts were on display.

Mary has been quilting for over 20 years, and this exhibit includes two brand-new pieces: Mr. Fox (made with 95 fabrics and 700+ pieces!) and Jambalaya, along with a “well-loved” quilt that tells its own beautiful story.
