NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program designed for adults living with mental health conditions who want to better understand themselves and strengthen their recovery.

This course is led by trained facilitators with lived experience and includes engaging activities, meaningful group discussions, and informative videos.

In keeping with all NAMI programs, Peer-to-Peer is educational in nature and does not provide treatment recommendations.
