Men’s Club at the Ashleigh at Lansdowne!
The group enjoyed a few friendly rounds of pool along with a special treat from our Culinary team. There were plenty of laughs as everyone reminisced and shared fun stories. It was a wonderful afternoon of connection and camaraderie!

For Veterans Day at the Ashleigh at Lansdowne, we proudly honored and celebrated our Veterans for their service and sacrifice. A heartfelt thank-you to the Sons of the American Revolution for their wonderful presentation—it was truly meaningful. We had a fantastic turnout, and our residents and families deeply appreciated this special tribute to those who have served our country.

Fall Festival Petting Zoo!
A big thank-you to My Pet Alpaca for bringing their adorable animals to the Ashleigh at Lansdowne! 🦙🐐🐇 They brought two alpacas, a goat, and a bunny, and our residents and their families were all smiles enjoying the sunshine, perfect weather, and the sweetest animals. It truly was a picture-perfect day filled with laughter and joy!

Happy Halloween! 🎃
We celebrated this spooky holiday with cheerful costumes and festive fun here at the Ashleigh at Lansdowne! Our team members kept the Halloween spirit alive all day long, making it a treat for everyone. Residents had a blast packing candy bags for the trick-or-treaters — and they absolutely loved seeing the kids in their costumes! 👻🍬

Team Member WOW Moment: A Sweet Surprise for Indira!
At Ashleigh at Lansdowne, we believe in celebrating the people who make our community shine. For this quarter’s Team Member WOW Moment, we had the joy of surprising one of our treasured Life Enrichment Assistants, Indira, with a beautiful baby shower! 💕

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt well-wishes as we celebrated this exciting new chapter in her life. From the delicious food to the stunning (and tasty!) cake by Sugar Mouth Sweets, every detail made the day extra special.

Ashleigh at Lansdowne joins the Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

This Sunday, residents and team members from Ashleigh at Lansdowne proudly participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Reston Town Center. Thankfully, the rain held off, and it turned into a beautiful day filled with hope, unity, and purpose.

We were honored to stand alongside so many others in support of this important cause. Thank you to everyone who joined us or supported from afar — together, we are helping pave the way toward a world without Alzheimer’s.

After enthusiastic tasting and voting from both residents and staff, one chili rose above the rest…
