I’m willing to take on one of these vacant buildings in Philadelphia. I’m willing to renovate it. I’m willing to do the work.

My vision is to turn it into safe, structured housing for seniors and veterans in our city — the very people who built this place and now struggle to find stable housing.

I’ve been actively looking for the right building for a long time. If the opportunity is there, I’m ready to step up and take on the challenge.

Philadelphia needs more people willing to build solutions instead of just talking about them.

We just had heavy snow.
Icy streets.
Nowhere to park.
Dangerous road conditions.

And every single one of my clients was covered.

Even with high snow.

Choosing home care isn’t just about finding someone to sit with mom or dad.

If they can’t show proof of:
