With beautiful weather on Earth Day, our residents spent the afternoon soaking up the sunshine and getting their hands dirty!

We stayed busy planting a variety of colorful flowers around the community, including the planters on our balcony. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the planet while adding some extra cheer to our favorite outdoor spaces. There is nothing quite like the feeling of digging in the soil and a day spent in the fresh air to lift everyone's spirits. 🌎🌺

Red Cedar Lodge had a very sweet afternoon hosting our strawberry shortcake social. We decided our community was overdue for a special treat, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

We offered a variety of delicious bases for everyone to choose from, including fluffy angel food cake, classic biscuits, and shortcake cups. Residents had a great time piling on the fresh strawberries and topping their creations with ice cream and plenty of whipped cream. It was a wonderful way to gather together and satisfy our sweet tooths. 🍓

Our residents headed out for a delicious mid-week treat at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, and it’s safe to say no one left hungry! 🍽️

The absolute star of the show? Those famous honey butter croissants! 🥐 There’s just something about that warm, flaky goodness that starts the meal off right. We also made sure to share a few orders of their massive onion rings, which were a huge hit around the table. 🧅

At Red Cedar Lodge, we believe that food tastes better when it’s shared with good friends. It was an afternoon filled with great flavors, even better conversation, and plenty of good cheer.

🍿 Something sweet popped up at Red Cedar Lodge! We had a "lightbulb moment" this week, and it turned out to be a delicious one! We decided to host a Caramel Popcorn Day, and it was an overwhelming success. 🍯

The irresistible scent of sweet, buttery caramel filled our community, drawing everyone in for an afternoon treat. It was such a simple joy, but seeing the smiles on so many faces made it one of the highlights of our week! There’s just something about a classic snack that brings everyone together for a chat and a laugh.

This compassionate training is designed to help participants better understand the stages and levels of dementia through hands-on insight.

Springtime joy was in full bloom at Red Cedar Lodge during our recent Easter Egg Hunt! 🐰🌸

Residents, families, and little guests came together for an afternoon filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of colorful eggs. It was a beautiful celebration of community and the season.

Our residents and team members had a great time coming together to stuff Easter eggs with candy in preparation for tomorrow’s big egg hunt. There was plenty of laughter, teamwork, and excitement in the air!

We’re looking forward to celebrating with friends and family and can’t wait for all the fun to come. It’s shaping up to be an egg-stra special day! 🐰🍬
