We've created a sacred space to Learn and EXPLORE with others on their healing journey. Elevate your mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing through our experiential classes, workshops, groups and events at LiveWELL. Types of group offerings include: mind/body classes, spiritual development, herbal & plant medicine, creative classes and health education. We have an innovative and affordable approach to mind, body & spirit alignment that gives you private access 7days/week to a 1200 sq ft Healing lounge & Meditation studio. Members have access to utilize the following treatments whenever they need self-care: Solo Sunlighten infrared sauna; Shiatsu massage chair, dry salt therapy, aromatherapy, light therapy, whole body vibration, hand held massagers, acupressure mat and much more. Wellness Wednesday is our walk in day at Livewell. No appointment. No planning ahead. No pressure. Just stop by.

We offer quick, affordable sessions designed to help you calm your nervous system and breathe a little easier. Come between errands, on your lunch break, or after work. Stay 10 minutes or a bit longer and leave feeling different than when you walked in.

Walk in hours: 11:30 am to 5:30 pm every Wednesday

$10 for 10 minutes of healing
