Emotions are a deeply human experience. They are here to teach us about ourselves. Notice what you are feeling and identify what needs tending within yourself. You are a garden worthy of growth and abundance.

Loving deeply requires a vulnerability that can feel scary. Opening yourself up to the possibility of being hurt and also the possibility of being deeply loved right back. Being deeply loved is so worth the risk. You are worthy of that kind of love and you are capable of giving that kind of love.

Have you ever tried to push away or not feel an emotion? It takes so much energy to try to suppress feelings and thoughts. Mindfulness teaches us to notice our thoughts and feelings in the moment without the need to push away or react. It is a small act of self acceptance that is so freeing. Give it a try.
