IMPORTANT TAX EXEMPTION INFORMATION! IF YOU ARE COMING TO THE MTSA CONFERENCE NEXT WEEK AND STAYING AT THE DOUBLE TREE IN LANSING:

Please note that an individual themself is not tax exempt. If attendees are looking for tax exemption status, the method of payment for the reservation will need to come from a tax-exempt organization.

The physical method of payment will be required for verification at check-in, or the organization will need to fill out a credit card authorization form and submit the tax exemption form for each reservation.

In order to facilitate this process at check in, please call the front desk directly at 517-482-0188 with the confirmation number and name on the reservation and request that they send you a credit card authorization link to fill out prior to your arrival.
