Randi Tollison is a dedicated nursing professional with a lifelong commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. She began her healthcare journey as a caregiver in 2009 and became a Registered Nurse in 2011. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult and Gerontology in 2014, followed by her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2022.
Randi brings 6 years of hands-on experience in assisted living and memory care, working within both HFA and AFC environments. Her background also includes several years in sub-acute rehabilitation settings, giving her a strong understanding of transitional and restorative care across diverse populations with a focus on aging in place. She has a deep passion for dementia care and is committed to supporting both residents and families through education, empathy, and evidence-based practice.
For 6 years, Randi taught at Lansing Community College, guiding nursing students through clinical rotations, lab instruction, and classroom coursework. This role strengthened her belief in mentorship, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Randi is a proud mom of 6 kids, with her youngest just 3 months old! She brings warmth, resilience, and a heart for service into every aspect of her work.
Randi is excited to bring her leadership, clinical knowledge, and passion for wellness and memory care to her new role by building meaningful connections with residents, families, and her team.
