We've been working hard at restoring the second floor of a 100 year old building with a goal of making it more efficient yet still trying to keep the integrity of the original architecture. While we have found new life by means of re-purposing lots of materials and pieces that were in the building we've also taken great care in choosing some new improvements we think you'll love. We are the area's first studio to use the state of the art infrared radiant heating system from Enerjoy. This type of heat feels like you are under the warmth of the sun and it also is more efficient than a traditional forced air system. We also went with 100% LED lighting throughout the space. Come stop by to take a look and/or drop in for a class. We look forward to being a part of this community!

Barre Instructor Training is here 🤍 This is something we’ve been wanting to bring back for a while—and it finally aligned. This isn’t just about learning how to teach. It’s about deepening your practice, building confidence, and connecting with your body in a whole new way. It’s about showing up, being in the room with incredible humans, and growing—together. This weekend we got back in the swings… and it felt really good. So we’re doing it again. Next weekend.

Candlelight Aerial: Spring Equinox Float
Saturday, March 21 • 4:00 PM

This is a slow, supportive aerial experience — not a fast-paced flow. We’ll start with gentle movement and supported stretching in the hammocks so the body can open and settle.

We’ll explore a couple of inversions during class (always optional), then the final 30 minutes shifts into candlelight as you cocoon into your hammock for a floating Yoga Nidra — fully supported, suspended, and deeply restful.

No aerial experience needed.

It’s been a minute since we’ve had the hammocks up — and we are so excited to offer Candlelight Aerial again.

🗓️Saturday, March 14 ⏱️4:00–5:30pm with Abbey

This isn’t a performance. It’s an opportunity to be held.
We’ll explore gentle supported movement, a couple opportunities to invert (always optional), and end with a 30-minute floating Yoga Nidra in full candlelight.
Warm (not hot). 
Adults only Limited to 8 participants.

We’re kicking off something new. Our first Creative Back Room Series event is happening Sunday, March 8 from 1–4pm — a Polymer Clay Miniatures Pop-Up led by the wildly talented Steph Fluegeman (artist, baker, spin queen + creative force).
Make 1–3 mini pieces — magnets, earrings, pendants, keychains, tiny desk art… whatever your imagination cooks up.
Beginner friendly.
Adults + kids 8+.
BYOB + snacks welcome. (Adult bevs too)
All supplies included.
$30 per person.
We’ll bake pieces at the studio — or you can finish at home if you need to head out early.

The back room is becoming a space for creativity, connection, and community beyond the mat.
