“Healing is the children’s bread” comes directly from an encounter Jesus had:
“It is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
— Gospel of Matthew 15:26

In that moment, Jesus was speaking to a Gentile woman (a Canaanite), and “children” referred to Israel—the covenant people. “Bread” represents provision—something essential, not optional.

So healing wasn’t presented as a rare miracle… it was described as DAILY provision in God’s household.

BUT here’s the deeper revelation…
The woman responds in faith and humility:
“Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”
— Gospel of Matthew 15:27

And Jesus heals her daughter instantly.
That moment expands the revelation:
• Healing is covenant provision
• But faith accesses what covenant makes available
• And in Christ, the covenant now includes all who believe

After the cross….
Through Jesus’ finished work, healing is no longer limited to one group:
• “By His stripes we are healed” — Book of Isaiah 53:5
• Fulfilled and carried into the New Covenant (see Gospel of Matthew 8:16–17)

HEALING belongs to the children of God—and in Christ, you are included!!!

Healing is not something you beg for like a stranger…
It’s something you receive as a child at the table!!
AMEN!
