Element Massage Element Massage is Downtown Lansing's only massage studio, located in the beautiful and historic Atrium Office Center.

Element provides top rated massages in our four nature-themed therapy rooms - by talented, friendly and passionate massage therapists. My passion and intuition for bodywork fuels my goal of improving my clients lives - to feel healthier and happier in body, mind and spirit. I have been massaging since I was 6 years old, when I started working on my mom. Throughout the years growing up, I would massage the backs of friends and relatives. I had a passion for it so I decided that's what I would go to school for. I attended Irene's Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan, where I graduated from in 2010. More recently in the past year, a lightbulb moment occurred: LMNT Massages! I wanted to bring more balance into my life. I wanted to combine my loves of nature and massage. LMNT Massages are 4 different massages each with varying techniques, aromas, visuals, sounds and handmade organic drinks that fully envelope your awareness to bring you to a calmer, happier state of being. Each session is 2 hours long and is presented under the theme of either Fire, Earth, Water or Air.

Ezra is a certified Reiki Master of the Usui Holy Fire III Method with a desire to create a safe space for people (and animals!) to release tension, reconnect with themselves and feel truly seen.

Reiki is a gentle, Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force to support your body's natural ability to heal. It's about allowing a warm, comforting energy to flow through you, restoring balance and promoting well-being.

👉 Scroll through the photos to see some of our humble beginnings - back to a time when we only had the single Earth room. Then we turned the break room into a second massage room which would become Air. Not long after we attained what became the Water and Fire rooms and now we have the Couples Room. Looking forward to what the future holds for us!

🥫Just dropped off our donation haul to the ! Thank you to everyone who participated and helped to feed our community. It warmed my heart to see how many food drives popped up when things turned dire. Great to see the infrastructures that we built up this year in the face of adversity.
