New Product Alert!!!

Sliding on your mat? Don’t want to necessarily always have a mat towel? This might be the product for you—and we have a sample you can try!!

Need to improve your grip and reduce slip during yoga? Manduka Yoga Grip is a grip enhancer and evaporating gel that creates a moisture barrier between your skin and your yoga mat. It is specifically designed to support new yogis learning to develop their grip through regular practice.

The texture feels dry and chalky on your hands, never sticky, and is easily removed with soap and water.

For use on any closed-cell mat, including Manduka PRO series, eKO series, and Foundation series. Not recommended for use with our open-cell GRP series mats.

Stability is formed first in the roots. Strong, deep roots gives living things an anchor, providing flexiblility and expansion. Spring reminds us that stability doesn’t mean staying still. It means being rooted so you can grow. Like a tree - grounded through the roots, reaching upward and outward over time.

Stability grows as you deepen your connection to yourself, not by controlling everything around you.

Stable doesn’t mean rigid. Stability is rooted in balance, not force. When you can find balance in various postions in your body, you can find balance in various positions encountered in life.

Spring invites us to slow down, ground in, and create space before the season of growth. Join Maggie Olds for a deeply restorative, sensation-based experience designed to bring you back into balance.
This practice shifts you out of doing and into being. Through gentle movement, stillness, and awareness, you’ll learn to observe your body and respond with intention rather than reaction.
Expect an all-levels experience with subtle movement, supported rest, and space to explore internal sensation and connection. We’ll close with time for reflection and integration so you can carry this grounded energy forward.
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and supportive. Reserve your spot for this intentional reset.

Stability isn’t something you force, it’s something you feel when you’re deeply connected.
Elemental Pathways Retreat is your invitation to step out of routine and into the rhythms of nature. From August 6–10, 2026 in Yellowstone, you’ll spend five days immersed in earth, water, fire, and air through movement, breath, and exploration.
Each day begins with gentle yoga and breathwork to ground and prepare the body, followed by guided hikes through the surrounding landscape. Evenings offer space to soften with restorative practices, helping you unwind, reflect, and settle back into yourself.
Led by Maggie Olds, this experience is accessible for all levels and designed to support both steadiness and renewal as you reconnect with your body and the natural world.
If you’ve been craving space to reset, breathe deeply, and feel more anchored, this is your time.
Spots are limited and will fill. Secure your place early.

In yoga, intention brings awareness to how and why we practice as it is not just the postures. Choosing to move with care, not force, choosing to breathe with presence, not distraction and responding with clarity rather than habit. Intention provides direction towards alignment in more than just your physical body.
