Once again, exploration of the emotions or feelings that challenge us are mentioned within The Bhagavad Gita. Chapter 2 speaks to the power of anger, a fleeting emotion that challenges all of us at times. If you get lost in the anger, your choices don’t stem from a wise place and you lose peace of mind. Work to soften anger, to detach from it by recognizing it is a temporary emotion to which you do not need to cling.

Yin + Sound Healing is back with and !

3/18/26 at 7:15pm

Connect quietly with your roots and foundation from winter as we prepare for the transition to spring.

Virginia Caldwell will provide a soothing connection of sound to allow a starting place from the earth while creating a gentle preparation for movement and transition as we enter a new phase again. Allie will offer a practice that will allow you the opportunity to tap into your own sense of stability while incorporating postures to help you shift toward opening and growth. This is a special event so packages do not apply to this class. Please pre-register as space is limiited. Head to our class schedule and scroll to March 18 to grab your spot!

The week may have been full. Conversations, decisions, emotions, expectations. You do not have to solve any of it on your mat. Just come breathe. When we allow space for feeling instead of fixing, the nervous system settles and clarity naturally rises. You might leave lighter without needing to force anything.

Friday:
9am Slow Burn
12pm Express Vinyasa (45 minutes, virtural option)
6pm Friday Night Flow

On the mat and off, we meet ourselves in tender places. The practice isn’t about eliminating fear or imperfection - it’s about building the capacity to stay with these moments gently.
Every one of us knows vulnerability. The difference is whether we meet it with compassion or shame. Let’s practice staying present with the messy, imperfect parts - in ourselves and in each other.

Softness does not have to be seen as weakness. It is a skill. A relaxed exhale, a slower transition, a gentler response. Sometimes the places we protect the most are the ones asking for the most care. We practice easing our grip, physically and emotionally, and observing what changes when we meet ourselves with patience.

Start your morning with intention and presence. You can settle in at home for Connection and Reflection with Maggie and Allie on Zoom, a quiet space to check in and listen inward, or meet Amber on the mat this week for Sunrise Flow and wake the body gently with breath and movement.
Two different ways to begin the day, both inviting you to meet yourself with care.

Have you been curious about slowing down or trying a more mindful practice, but not sure how to start? Sitting quietly can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable, especially when life keeps us moving from one thing to the next.
Yoga Connect is offering a free 30 minute guided experience designed to help you ease into it. Elizabeth Kunc will gently lead you through simple practices that help you settle your mind, notice your breath, and reconnect with what your body is communicating. So often we look outside ourselves for answers, yet clarity tends to surface when we finally create space to listen. Our days are full of motion and responsibility, and our nervous systems need moments of stillness just as much as movement to feel balanced.
This offering is open to everyone and appropriate for all bodies. Come exactly as you are. Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in, bring a mat if you have one or you may rent one for $2, and consider bringing water.
