Overflow Yoga ✕ MSU Sigma Alpha are coming together to create a unique yoga experience at the Farm Bureau Pavilion.

This is an all-levels class, welcoming anyone interested in enjoying a unique blend of movement & agriculture.

This practice blends gentle vinyasa sequences, deep stretches, and mindful breathwork to awaken your inner fire- the quiet strength and steady light that lives within.
