Nicole is Reiki certified in Levels I and II of the Usui Method of Natural Healing. She is also a certified practicing Hypnotherapist. Having completed numerous transformational and mindset trainings, including the Gratitude Training, parts 1, 2 and 3 in 2013, going on as a coach from 2015-2018 she has a deep understanding for mindset training work. In 2020 Nicole began her NLP Master Practitioner Certification with Obtaining Mastery studying under Dr. Maritisa Yzaguirre- Kelley. She is currently enrolled in The University of Metaphysics at the University of Sedona, studying Metaphysical Science at the graduate level. As a dedicated student of A Course in Miracles for over 13 years, her personal approach to life is multifaceted but very much rooted in the philosophy of complete non-dualism. Her daily practice includes Transcendental Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork and Veganism. She is a “forever student” and challenges herself in all areas of her personal and spiritual growth.
Nicole has a deep love for travel and has spent much of her travel time exploring cultural spirituality and ritualism, religion, and the geographical history of metaphysical philosophy. In 2013 she spent a month in Morocco working in the city of Rabat facilitating English reading and writing classes for adult women. In 2015 Nicole furthered her study of yoga and Hinduism and took the pilgrimage into the Ganges River in Varanasi, India. In 2018 Nicole began her shamanic studies traveling to Peru, working with indigenous rituals and plant medicines. In August of 2019, She completed a 12-month intensive program as is now a certified Kambo Practitioner with Kambo Frog Detox. She continues to travel and explore the history, people, and culture to enhance her understanding of Universal healing.
