It takes courage and conviction and FALLOW THROUGH to heal. Your body reflects your thoughts feelings and beliefs back to you. If you have a burden on your shoulders and then you injure your shoulder, the Universe may be trying to tell you something with that injury. You can go through the motions to try to fix it, but unless you actually address the root cause and clear that burden, not just stuff the emotions back down but actually do the shadow work, it or something like it is likely to manifest again and again in the physical, or it just won't quite heal properly. This work doesn't replace medical attention, but supports and helps balance overall harmony and well being of the mind body and spirit. This is one example of how soul spa session address issues. We feel comfortable with what we know, but if you want different results for the souffle of your life's dream you won't receive them with the exact same old recipe. You will need a new variety of ingredients and some experimentation to create a brand new dish.

Cutting cords and attachments, moving folks from inner to outer circle, and a little sage is in order today. Doing it with grace and kindness- not everyone is meant to stay with you on your path and even after setting boundaries or separation it's necessary at times to clean them more thoroughly thoroughly from your field. People or events who you don't care to continue with or may be in the distant past who resurface in your mind may be doing so so that you can clean out all residue of the drama or trauma from the experience. Sage can feel really good right now.
