There's good and bad in every one. There's also fakes, who hide behind a tribe, a group, or religion whilst being the opposite of what that is supposed to stand for. I embrace a non denominational approach and try to use tools that include rather than exclude for experiences that are both effective and accepted by most. Experiences that bring about clarity and inner healing and growth for your spirit & soul, which reflect into your mind and body, and energy. 🙌✨🪄

Easier said than done but it is possible. I sometimes get through the moment camly but the adrenaline is no joke and I relive that in my mind over and over until it has no power over me anymore. Then I begin working on forgiveness and learning how to set new boundaries. It's a process but to the attacker I stay cool as a cucumber.

Red flags of course including "love bombing" , "future faking", pretending to be interested in your life whilst giving little compliments to get you to open up...and digging for any information that can make you vulnerable or be used against you and or to hurt you- you think you are connecting but they are finding ammunition to hurt and manipulate.
