Thoughts of a Neurosomatic Therapist & Ontologist 🧠🌿
Your sensory system and your neurons are always informing you. Every emotion, every sensation, every reaction is data — intelligent feedback from your body about your lived experience.
There is power in choosing to wear rose-colored glasses 🌹✨ — to train your perception toward beauty, possibility, and gratitude. When you do, you begin to see that even the chaos holds choreography, even the pain carries wisdom.
But wear them too long, and the picture distorts.
If you only see sweetness 🍬, you may miss the shadows.
If you only seek light ☀️, you may deny the lessons hidden in the dark. 🌑
Unprocessed trauma doesn’t disappear just because you paint it gold.
Life is not only roses and candy. It is also thorns and mud. 🌹🪵
And both are sacred.
The mud grounds you.
The thorns teach you.
The roses remind you why you’re here.
So here is the invitation:
✨ Wear the glasses — but consciously.
✨ Take them off — courageously.
✨ Let yourself see the full spectrum of your humanity.
Choose beauty.
Face truth.
Integrate both.
Today, take one action:
• Pause and notice one beautiful thing. 🌸
• Acknowledge one uncomfortable truth.🪞
• Breathe deeply and honor your nervous system for carrying you through it all. 🌬️💛
Integration is the real work.
And that is where transformation lives.
