From my own inner experiences, it is Jesus Christ — my Teacher, my Rabbi, my Lord — who gently leads me inward ❤️

In His teachings, transformation begins in the heart. He consistently points us beyond external rules and religious performance, and toward inner renewal — our thoughts, our motives, our true identity 🌿

As it says in Luke 17:21:

“The kingdom of God is within you.” ✨

To me, being “sent back to yourself” means:

💖 Valentine’s Day Weekend Reflections 💖

In the midst of Valentine’s Day weekend, I had the deep honor of offering a Practitioner-Level Training along with our monthly InnerDialogue Review Class. 👑✨ One of the most meaningful moments was guiding a married couple through this powerful process. I share this with love—for anyone in a relationship who may need support, clarity, or healing.

InnerDialogue, developed by Dr. Solihin Thom, is a profound neurosomatic approach that explores the root cause and unlocks sustainable solutions. 🧠💫

✨ Here’s the story:

Once upon a time, two people met and fell helplessly in love. 💕
Then, from the depths of the unconscious, an unresolved wound—woven with ancestral family patterns—emerged and began to sway what once felt destined forever.

One day, the couple chose a different path—the path of ontology. From this space of awareness, they discovered what was truly needed to save their marriage: to meet the root cause, to face the patterns, and to transcend old dynamics.

An afternoon devoted to beauty and quiet indulgence—just me, a good book, and a leisurely lunch beneath blooms and light. Solo, yes (a bummer 💔), but also deliciously contemplative… a birthday spent savoring the moment, one page and one bite at a time.
