A thousand thank-yous for the incredible outpouring of love toward me and my mentor, Pastor Josh’s family. Your comments, messages, emails, phone calls, DMs, and texts have been a sweet healing salve to my heart.

The Holy Spirit gave me this verse to share:

“Listen, and I will tell you a divine mystery: not all of us will die, but we will all be transformed. It will happen in an instant—in the twinkling of an eye. For when the last trumpet is sounded, the dead will be raised to live forever, and we will be transformed.” —1 Corinthians 15:51–52

✨ Remember Who You Truly Are ✨

We live in an age of forgetfulness—disconnected from our spirit, unaware that God, the angels, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ are always present with us.

Many of us have forgotten our holy, royal identity—the one Christ purchased for us through His sacrifice. 👑✝️

Why?
Because we’ve been seduced by the false comfort of modern demigods:

📱 Smartphones
🤖 AI & robotics
☁️ Cloud tech
📡 5G networks
💬 Social media

These tools often promise instant gratification, but what they really offer is the constant stimulation of neurochemicals, creating dominant neural pathways that begin to rule over our psyche and body.

This is the “carnal” or “fleshly” state Apostle Paul speaks of in 1 Corinthians 3:1–3 and Romans 7–8—living from the earth instead of from Heaven. 🌍➡️🌌

An identity rooted in the world is empty, but Heaven holds a new name, a new nature, a new identity—ready and waiting. 🕊

All it takes is surrender. All it takes is to receive from an open Heaven.

Healing Trauma Through Surrender: A Sacred Release

Trauma can weigh heavily on the heart, body, and soul. Today, we invite you into a gentle practice of healing and surrender — acknowledging your pain while entrusting it to the One who heals.

Here’s one powerful way to free it from your past, your body’s inner landscape, your patterns of behavior, and the depths of your psyche.

🕊️ Exercise: Breathe, Feel, and Release to God

1. Find a quiet space. Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes. 
2. Breathe deeply – Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Do this 3 times. 
3. Place your hand over your heart. Gently ask yourself: “What am I carrying that I no longer need to hold alone?” 
4. Name the feeling or memory. No need to fix it—just witness it. 
5. Pray or speak aloud (or silently): “God, I surrender this pain or experience to You. I trust in Your love to carry what I cannot. Heal what I cannot see. Restore what trauma tried to take from me.” 
6. Sit in stillness. Let your body rest in the knowing that you are not alone. 
💛 Remember: You are not your trauma. You are God’s beloved—seen, held, and whole.

✨ Nervous System Self-Awareness ✨
 Your body is always talking to you—through breath, heartbeat, muscle tension, and even subtle changes in energy. Self-awareness means noticing these signals before they turn into overwhelm, burnout, or shutdown.

When you pause to check in with your nervous system, you can ask yourself:

* Am I in fight-or-flight? (racing thoughts, shallow breath) 
* Am I in freeze? (numb, disconnected) 
* Am I grounded? (calm, present, steady)

It was 53 years ago that I was physically birthed by an extraordinary Puerto Rican Mom named Virginia Arroyo in a land called Bronx, New York. Last year, I was birthed yet again in a Loxahatchee River by Christ. Today, I sensed a birthing of a new era that integrates all my experiences and knowledge towards what’s ahead in this season of my life.

And this morning, I was blessed by emails, texts messages, phone calls and visual gifts. My heart is melting from it all.

Like to acknowledge my parents who gave me such a rich ancestry from Puerto Rico, Argentina, France, Italy, Spain and Polynesia.

Thanking ABBA, my Father, God Almighty for a marvelous chapter in my life plus a Lion that He bestowed upon me.

Yesterday, I had the honor of presenting with my colleague; a nuero-somatic process called InnerDialogue plus BeingHuman Constellation Work at the - Health, Wellness & LIFESTYLE event.

❤️ It was a great joy explaining Ontology, and showing the uses of muscles testing with hand mudras to elicit a story from both the body and subconscious. Along with, the use of symbolic language in regards to archetypes, resources and virtues to assist in revealing what is hidden or out of order within one’s interior Self.

⭐️ The ultimate goal of Ontology, developed by Dr. Solihin Thom; is to make one’s internal data that’s both symbolic and factual conscious, thus developing a life that is integrated, purpose driven, sacred and noble.
