Celebrating Our Resident of the Month: Mary Kniess!

Meet Mary, our December Resident of the Month! Born on June 2, 1939, in Laona, WI, Mary married Boyd in 1957 and together they raised five children. She worked as Manager of Housekeeping at St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee for 20 years.

Mary has a huge heart and welcomes everyone she meets with kindness, always making an effort to get to know people. As President of Resident Council, she advocates for her fellow residents with dedication and care. She enjoys reading mystery and true-life stories, playing cards with friends, gardening, putting together jigsaw puzzles, traveling, painting, dice games, and embroidering, and she’s never afraid to try something new!

Mary is deeply loved here at Nu Roc, and we are thrilled to celebrate her this month! Congratulations, Mary!
