Grief has no timeline, no rulebook, and no right way to be carried. This weekly support circle is a gentle, safe space to show up exactly as you are.

Held in the calming environment of the slat cave, we will gather in community to breathe, rest, share (only if you wish) and be witnessed with compassion. This is not therapy and there is no pressure to speak or explain grief. Simply being present is enough.

A safe non judgmental space
Open to all forms of grief- loss of a loved one, relationship, identity, health, or life chapter.
Quiet reflection, grounding practices, and supportive connection.
Come for one week, or every week. Our door is open.
