I used to try "everything" and every time it would also try my patience. With half peeled/ugly/overcooked eggs.

I found the perfect way and they always turn out, well, perfect.

Two reasons for showing this picture:

1. Even though it's not the best looking food pic, that Supreme Pizza Chicken and those perfectly roasted potatoes was a delicious dinner. If you haven't made the pizza chicken, WHAT are you waiting for!? Zoom in to see all of the goodies.

2. Under the food is my name on the plate. I was about 9-10 years old when my mom took my sister and I to a local place in Waterford called Americana Village. A man drew cute characters on a plate for you, using each letter in your name. I think my sister still has hers as well. It has surprising held up all of these years (since 1977/78?).

Okay, so I'm not that person that puts their tree up the first of November.

Back in the day I had no idea how EASY it is to make your own salad dressing.

I LOVE my ranch dressing. You can adjust the consistency to your liking and I'm a bit heavy handed on the dill and chives.

Who am I kidding. On all of the seasonings that I add.

Maple Dijon Chicken + Wild Rice - Pecans - Cranberries + Arugula - Apple - Parm Salad w/Vinaigrette
