I had a ton of orders for tomorrow's famous Peanut Butter Chia Pudding.
Mr STK has a full week's stash in our fridge. It's one of his favorites.
I made fresh lemon chia pudding with my 9 year old grandson this morning. Enough for him to take 5 of his very own containers home to enjoy. He loves to help me in the kitchen and loves learning all of his Gigi's healthy ways of cooking. His words.
He asked how do I get my chia so thick and delicious? I told him that I really don't follow recipes anymore since I've made them all so much over the years.
My tip to him, and to maybe some of you: add ingredients, stir and let sit. Stir, taste, adjust for taste and thickness, adding as you go along.
So if you were to ask me the recipe for what I made today for both lemon and this PB & C, I wouldn't be able to tell you 🤷🏻♀️ 🤣.
