Well the weather man wasn't wrong this time. Please be careful if you are out there shoveling. Drink some water so your muscles are hydrated. Do some warm up exercises. Cold, stiff muscles are easily injured. Take breaks! Do some back stretches after your done to cool your muscles down to prevent soreness. Stay safe!
