Hmmmm....didn't we just talk about this during the Sunday live event? It's time to treat yourself with the grace you show others. It's time to stop carrying the weight of the past and to move forward with the space for new experiences. It's time.....

There’s a heaviness in the air right now. A deep craving for love, for release, for forgiveness. It’s like the soul is calling out to finally be seen, held, and set free.

The heart is so tired of carrying what it doesn’t need anymore. The pain, the stories, the masks, the versions of you that tried so hard to be enough. This energy is asking you to look one last time at what’s been hiding in the shadows and choose to forgive. Choose to let go.

You might feel raw, emotional, even lost in the swirl of it all, but that’s part of the process. You’re not meant to hold it in anymore. Feel it. Cry it out. Scream it out. Let it move through you.
