Girl Farm Prioritizing the growth and development of young women. The pandemic has created new challenges for Colorado Yoga Retreats is offering a new experience.

Girl Farm is tailored for teens, age 13-17, 3 days/4 nights, online learning, group coaching, individual coaching, life skills & farm life experience. Space is limited to 8 girls each week. Wed 5pm-Sat 8pm twice a month. Discounts are available for packages (see website) ColoradoYogaRetreats.com. Many teens are struggling with the effects of Covid-19 and the restrictions in place that limit and changed their social and family life overnight. Many are using social media in place of being social, whether that is interacting with the friends directly or not participating in family life. Girl Farm allows girls to live in a community of their peers, under supervision, but with the responsibilities of running the house and farm, holding each other accountable. I have been working with kids for 25 years, mentoring, coaching and volunteering. This is my superpower....to teach, inspire and gently, yet firmly hold them accountable. I have run, built and maintained my 5 acre farm for over 15 years and raised my children here. It truly is a haven for kids of all ages.
