Hey ladies! My name is Becca, and I’ve been a birth doula for going on 5 years now. I have taken a pause in doula work to obtain my nursing license and become a labor and delivery nurse as well. However, school has taken a slight pause so I am wanting to get back into my doula work for a little bit! I miss it so much!

As a birth doula, I offer prenatal appointments, labor support both emotional and physical, I help guide your partner to support you during your labor and birth. I also do postpartum visits, and breastfeeding support. I am not a lactation consultant, but can help notice any potential issues and point you in the direction of further help if need be.

About me: I’m a momma to the sweetest, most caring 6yr old boy, and a feral yet loving 3 yr old little girl. I started my doula journey as a stay at home mom in
October of 2021 while living in Alabama, after my doctor scared me into a Csection, and the nurse scared me into formula feeding my first born. I did not want this to happen to other mommas. I want women to know they have choices, and help provide the evidence based information to them so they can make informed decisions, instead of decisions based on fear!

I do offer payment plan options, as I know this world is super tough to survive in right now, and I feel everyone should be able to afford a doula!

📢✨ATTENTION ALL✨📢
I first began doula work in October of 2021. After my birth and postpartum experience with Rhett I wanted to be able to help other women, to the best of my abilities, to not encounter the same fates I did! I absolutely love being a birth doula! I love serving these women and their families as they bring a new life earth side! It’s such an honor, and I teary eyed everytime a new baby comes! With that being said, Bloom and Bond is closing the books. I have one momma due the end of August, and she will be my last! After much consideration, and several talks with my husband, I went back to school in March of this year to obtain my nursing degree! I have also just accepted a job at a local hospital! My plan is to graduate with my RN and join a labor and delivery unit where I can further help advocate for women! While I love my doula work, it is not stable work, and the unpredictability has been hard with having 1 vehicle.

I want to thank EVERYONE, from the bottom of my heart, for all the encouragement and support! All the tags and referrals that have come my way! While I close this chapter, I look forward to creating a new chapter and being able to better serve my community!
