At the Mind Body Spirit Festival, attendees will find a diverse array of activities designed to promote holistic well-being and mindfulness. Whether it's live music on the mainstage featuring DJ Chuck Fry, Imphormal, and Harper and Midwest Kind Sound Journey, a rotating lineup of workshops and lectures on our Body and Mind stages, walking the labyrinth, rejuvenating yoga, or engaging talks by experts, there's something here for everyone.

This year, the festival also coincides with World Labyrinth Day! Join us as we Walk as One at 1pm, taking part in a global movement of peace and mindfulness, right here in South Bend. This will mark the third consecutive year Conscious Michiana has participated in this meaningful global tradition.
