A Mindful Place A Mindful Place, started in 2010 as Singing Bowl Workshops, is dedicated to Mind~Body~Spirit Wellbeing

A Mindful Place is a community-based program dedicated to promoting the benefits of complementary/integrative health practices that enrich mind, body and spirit. Programming is designed to offer local, and surrounding areas, opportunities to explore and practice research proven techniques that support overall health and wellness. As a community based program A Mindful Place utilizes area practitioners, trained and certified (licensed as required), to share their skills in a centralized location and offers them space to practice, when needed. A Mindful Place has weekly scheduled activities as well as "Special Events", all related to complementary/integrative healthcare that supports the mission of promoting health and wellness.

Grand Six-Planet Alignment Begins tomorrow – February 28! 🌌

The sky will treat us to a rare planetary parade on the evening of February 28! Just after sunset, six planets will appear lined up across the western horizon, creating a spectacular cosmic display.
Visible in the lineup will be Mercury, Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, Saturn, and with binoculars Neptune.
Though the planets aren’t perfectly aligned in space, from Earth they’ll look like a beautifully choreographed celestial line.

🔭 Tips for Viewing:
• Step outside 30–60 minutes after sunset.
• Choose a spot with a clear view of the western horizon.
• Binoculars can help spot Uranus and Neptune.

Don’t miss this rare astronomical event — a grand alignment that reminds us of the wonder of our solar system! 🌙✨

Today we join the global meditation Walk for Peace. There is no searching for peace, it just is within us, we are peace. We may loose our connection to our true peace but it is still there.
Show up wherever you are, in person or in spirit. Shine in divine oneness. We create the world we want to live in with each thought, action or choice.
