Haverstock Funeral Home is seeking a dependable, compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly while providing a welcoming presence for the families we serve.

🕘 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(No evenings or weekends)

🖥️ Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Greeting guests and families at the front door
• Data entry and basic administrative tasks
• General office support and organization

🌿 The ideal candidate:
• Is professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a calm, respectful environment
• Has basic computer and office skills
• Enjoys helping others and being part of a close-knit team
