Hello everyone,

I would like to update everyone on the bonuses we offer for new staff!

We offer a $100 bonus for a staff member referring a new staff member to our company for an interview if an area manager calls them to set up an interview. If you are referring a new staff please have them fill out an application online and an area manager will call them to make sure they meet all of the qualifications before an interview will be scheduled. Once an interview is completed and the new staff is hired then our referring staff member will be eligible for the $100 bonus.

Once the new staff has completed 30 days of work with no call offs on their probation period, the referring staff will be eligible for a $900 bonus.

When the new staff has completed 60 days of work with no call offs on their probation period, they will be eligible for the $1000.00 bons

The Zeilbeck Group is mourning the loss of a friend and very caring staff member who passed away this week under very tragic and saddening circumstances.
