And just like that, we’re back and ready to EDUCATE, EQUIP and get Mamas EXCITED about childbirth and postpartum in 2025 and beyond!!

After a long hiatus and gaining clarity on the direction of where to take Wise Birthing Experience, I am so excited to bring to you all Journey into Motherhood: Childbirth Education Class! 🤍

While Doula services and consultations will be on pause until further notice, I TRULY believe it is important for expecting mothers to be educated, equipped and excited about all things pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

When women are educated and knowledgeable when it comes to their body AND their rights, I am making it my mission to instill knowledge and confidence in mamas so that they can have a beautiful childbirth and postpartum experience that the world needs to see more of.

🗣️AUSTIN, TEXAS! There’s a new Doula & Childbirth Educator in town ready to serve y’all! 🤸🏿‍♀️

After a year long break, to focus on my mental health and get clarity from God on the direction that I should take my birthing business, Wise Birthing Experience is back!! We are better and ready to serve mamas in the Austin area, as well as San Antonio and Laredo with virtual sessions available for those areas and across the world of course!

I am so excited to make childbirth beautiful again and to make sure that Mamas are Educated, Equipped and EXCITED about childbirth. 📣 Introducing: Journey Into Motherhood Childbirth Classes!

Wise Birthing Experience is SO excited and ready to bring something new, fun and engaging to Laredo, TX when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth!

Due to the lack of support and education women have here when it comes to pregnancy and childbirth, we are making it our mission to bring support, advocacy and education to expecting mothers and their growing families! So with that being said,

Are you expecting or know of someone who is expecting that is interested in learning:
* What to expect when expecting
* Healthy and effective ways to prepare for childbirth,
* Ways to take care of yourself and maintain self-care while pregnant
* The process of labor and how to have a safe and healthy delivery and transition into postpartum
* Pain management during labor and postpartum
* Newborn care and safety tips
* Breastfeeding tips and tricks
* And so much more!

The Journey Into Motherhood Childbirth Classes are a month long session that will cover topics weekly starting at 6pm to prepare you for childbirth and beyond! These classes WILL be fun, educational, and interactive for mamas and their supportive person! The classes will run for 4 weeks every month and if you attend every one of them, there will be special gifts for mama and baby!

It’s time for a change and the time is NOW! ✊🏿🤎

It’s Black Maternal Health Week and this is a time to educate and bring awareness to a matter that has yet to change! Pregnancy and childbirth should be a beautiful, life changing experience for ALL women! Yet, that is not every Black Women’s reality!

Black women are 3-4x more likely to die than white women when it comes to childbirth. Our concerns aren’t taken seriously, the lack of care and compassion towards black women is heartbreaking and Black Mothers deserve to survive to raise their beautiful blessings!

We need awareness ALL year long because every moment a Black Mother steps into a hospital to give birth, there’s a chance she won’t make it. And that’s a scary fact to know! No women should ever have that kind of fear! So we need a change and we deserve better! There are so many resources and initiatives to support when it comes to this matter! One that we are supporting and are partnering with will be linked in our IG stories!
