En esta ceremonia de encendido de velas, nos reunimos como una familia de fe, pidiéndole a Dios consuelo, fortaleza y paz, mientras celebramos el amor eterno que nuestros seres queridos dejaron en nuestros corazones.

Lo invitamos a usted y a su familia a acompañarnos a nuestro Servicio Memorial Anual de Hospicio, Luces Eternas — un momento especial para recordar, reflexionar y honrar las vidas de quienes amamos.

El tema de este año celebra el brillo perdurable del amor que continúa iluminando nuestros corazones, aun cuando nuestros seres queridos ya no están con nosotros físicamente.

We invite you and your family to join us for our Annual Hospice Memorial Service, Eternal Lights — a heartfelt moment to remember, reflect, and honor the lives of our loved ones.

This year’s theme celebrates the everlasting light of love that continues to shine in our hearts, even when those we cherish are no longer physically with us.

During our Candle Lighting Ceremony, we will gather in a spirit of remembrance, hope, and gratitude—treasuring the eternal light each life has left behind.

Today, Redeemer Hospice had the privilege of participating in Commissioner Jesse Gonzalez’s Veterans Luncheon & Health Fair, a beautiful community event dedicated to thanking and supporting the men and women who have bravely served our country.

Our team connected with many veterans and their families, shared information about our hospice services, and handed out gifts as a small token of appreciation. It was truly an honor to be part of a gathering filled with gratitude, unity, and respect. ❤️💙

A heartfelt thank you to Commissioner Gonzalez and the organizers for hosting such a meaningful event.
