Jorge Luna,
It’s been an absolute honor and privilege to be even a small part of your incredible journey these past few years.
We first connected at the end of your freshman football season, and since then, we’ve put in countless hours together—hundreds of dedicated 1-on-1 sessions, each one around 2 hours long. From late-night training to therapy and recovery work, we’ve covered it all to build you into the complete quarterback you are today.
We lifted heavy for raw strength and explosive power, incorporated resistance bands to sharpen control and burst, prioritized mobility, stretching, and consistent therapy to keep your body resilient and ready. Being a QB goes way beyond just throwing the ball—we drilled footwork relentlessly so you could escape pressure, extend plays, and become a legitimate dual-threat with your legs.
Those eye-popping senior season numbers didn’t happen by accident: 3,907 passing yards, 43 passing touchdowns (48 total TDs), 4,170 all-purpose yards. Behind every highlight-reel throw and big run was the unseen grind—the early mornings you did and late nights, the extra reps, the focus on details when no one else was watching. Almost every session wrapped up with on-field throwing work to lock in mechanics, timing, and confidence.
Watching you grow from that freshman into the standout leader who dominated District 30-6A has been one of the most rewarding experiences. Your work ethic, determination, and ability to elevate your game under pressure have been inspiring.
Congratulations on signing with McPherson College—your next chapter is going to be special, and you’ve more than earned it. Keep that same fire; the best is still ahead.
Proud of you, man. Thank you for letting me be part of the process.
