This client came in for dissolving of the **upper lip only** after noticing unwanted fullness above the lip (vermillion) border and overall “puffy” appearance consistent with filler migration and over filling. Her goal was simple: start fresh with a clean, natural foundation before rebuilding shape more intentionally. ✨

Lower Face Neurotoxin Transformation ✨

This client came in with concerns about skin laxity under the chin, as well as the texture and heaviness around the jowls and chin area. For her customized treatment plan, we focused on the lower face using approximately 50 units of neurotoxin to relax the muscles contributing to that downward pull and wrinkling.

These photos show her before and after at her 2-week check-in appointment. At this visit we also performed a small touch-up in the areas that still had muscle contraction, which is a normal part of refining results.

In the before photos, you can see:
• Visible skin laxity under the chin
• Strong muscle activity creating wrinkles and pulling in specific areas

In the after photos, you can see:
• Significantly reduced muscle movement
• Smoother skin texture through the chin
• A softer appearance to the jowls
• The illusion of a subtle lift in the neck and lower face

To enhance and support her results, we also added Adipeau Skin Cream to her at-home regimen. This clinical cream works to rebuild strength and volume within the skin, helping improve overall structure over time. When paired with neurotoxin treatments, it can significantly enhance long-term rejuvenation.
