“Good afternoon Veronica. Please let Dr. Galván know that I greatly appreciate the assistance he has given us with ______. I am using the repetition technique, it is helping me greatly. My son and I take what he has taught us to the letter and it works marvelously. Today my brother and my son are taking him. That is why I am not going to see him and I do not want to stop expressing my gratitude. When I hear him speak, I know that he is a very knowledgeable professional. It is very beautiful when you meet a doctor that always has accurate responses. In this short walk with _____’s condition, we have found ourselves asking professionals questions (for example, psychiatrists) who leave us without giving us an answer) but Dr. Galván gives you the answer and with the support of the doctors that certified him with his studies. I am very grateful. May you have a good afternoon.”
