Ruthe B. Cowl will host its monthly Children’s Orthopedic Clinic right here at RBC! This clinic helps children in our community receive specialized orthopedic evaluations and support.

A month dedicated to raising awareness and understanding about the experiences of people with disabilities. Did you know that 1 in 4 adults in the United States lives with a disability? Not every disability is visible — and often, the challenges faced go unseen.
Let’s work together to build a more inclusive and understanding Laredo — one where accessibility and empathy aren’t just goals, but the standard in our community. 💙
We’re honored to collaborate with Senator Judith Zaffirini on the “Spend a Day in My Wheels” Challenge, where she invites and challenges our local government officials to participate and experience firsthand the daily obstacles individuals with mobility impairments face.
If you would like to join in on this challenge and take part in raising awareness, let us know! Together, we can create lasting change and stronger inclusion for all.
