Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Verifying patient information and insurance
• Managing front desk flow and paperwork
• Providing excellent customer service to patients and families
• Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks

✅ Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Medical office or urgent care experience preferred (but not required)

As we welcome a brand-new year, Advanced Urgent Care would like to take a moment to thank our patients and community for trusting us with your care throughout the year.

In observance of the New Year holiday, our clinic will be closed on Wednesday, December 31, and Thursday, January 1, so our team can spend time celebrating and recharging with their loved ones.

Advanced Urgent Care will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday on:

We will reopen Friday December 26, regular business hours.
