The loss of my sister brought about information that I would like to share with you. It's always a good idea to have that "talk" with your spouse and/or children because when you are faced with the actual decision making - it's not easy.

I was my sister's Power of Attorney for Healthcare and knew her wishes as far as Do Not Resuscitate and it was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make.

Bobby is enrolled in a UHC Medicare Chronic plan - But I decided to try Prominence so I could discuss my experience with our clients. I have been very pleased! I received my card and my OTC card for December immediately = then I received a phone call from the call center to answer any questions etc. Yesterday, I received an Over-the-Counter Catalog, and it is very IMPRESSIVE! In the next couple of days, I will be sharing pictures from the catalog. Although I do not qualify for a Chronic plan or a Dual Plan - I still am given more than double the amount in OTC than any other plan in this area. What may be my problem? When you are enrolled in Prominence or Cigna "Healthspring" you CAN NOT use Laredo Medical Center. Keep Watching for exciting picture of the new OTC and More Debit Card!!
