📚💼 Helping Kids Dream Big—One Career at a Time! 🚗🌟
This yesterday morning, we had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Career Wheels Event at Ruiz Elementary School, where students got to explore different careers and dream about their future. 🌈👩🏫👨⚕️👷♀️
We were honored to bring out the hearse and share with students the important work that happens behind the scenes in funeral service. With curiosity and respect, the kids asked thoughtful questions and even had fun spinning the prize wheel for candy, glowsticks, or a treat. 🍭🎉
Special thanks to Ruiz Elementary for including us, and to Erica Farmer, our caring Funeral Director, and Yesenia Dickey, our dedicated Preneed Sales Manager, for representing our profession with kindness, professionalism, and heart. 💐
We know that for some, this may feel like an unusual career to share with children—but today was about education, understanding, and community. Funeral service is about honoring life, supporting families, and being there in life’s most delicate moments. And that’s a career worth learning about. 💙
